Aubrey has generated over $28 million in sales since June of 2010 and brokered well over 100 transactions. His success is not only evident in the sheer volume of deals he’s done, but also in the life-long friendships he’s been able to create with his clients.
Aubrey’s early years of helping his father with forestry work have aided in his success in land sales along with his extreme interest in the outdoors. Hunting turkey, deer, and ducks remains a passion that keeps Aubrey in the woods not just for business purposes, but also allows him to share outdoor knowledge with buyers who may be getting their start in pursuing wildlife. An understanding of timberland/wildlife is essential to being a good land broker and Aubrey carries both those tools.

Cal grew up on a farm in Bleckley County. While working on the farm he obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration and furthered his education with a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and Communications. After meeting his wife Jessica and obtaining his Georgia Real Estate License his life would lead him in a direction he never expected. Placing his real estate career on hold, he began helping his wife (a Pharmacist) managing their new pharmacy in Dublin. After the birth of their third little boy, they decided to sell the business for Jessica to spend more time with the boys. Cal quickly began to look to his roots and return to what he enjoyed most, land and the outdoors.
Cal’s work experiences and love of the outdoors give him a vast knowledge in the agriculture industry, the timber industry, land management, and business management. His unique skill set provides a platform to guide you in the search of the specific property that you desire, whether it be a row crop farm, investment property, or recreational property.
When Cal is not assisting clients, he can be found spending time with his family hunting, playing baseball, or on the lake. With three boys ranging from 3 to 9 years old, Cal’s passion for “hunting” has taken a back seat to “teaching” his boys. With a limited amount of free time Cal still finds time to manage his own land for whitetails and turkeys. Cal looks forward to using his experience and love of the outdoors to assist you in finding the property of your dreams!
